Limited stock
Slater Harrison has refined its extensive Colourmount range to take account of changing colour
preferences and allow for the future introduction of new finishes.

Two product ranges, woodgrain and deluxe, will be discontinued entirely. Although both were popular when first introduced, we have found that demand has
diminished recently, especially since the introduction of new products such as Centura Pearl.

The discontinuation of these two categories will take place when current stocks are exhausted, so if you use either woodgrain or deluxe Colourmount on a regular basis, please contact your stockist soon to ensure you can stock up whilst these products are still available.
Colourmount to match or contrast with walls

Slater Harrison is about to reveal a stunning new development in the framing market, with the launch of new boards within the Colourmount
range to match one of the leading brands of wallpaper.

The creation of mountboard to match wallpaper is not a new idea, but it is one that has never been developed to its full potential. Slater Harrison, as a specialist in laminating techniques, has the technology to laminate any paper to board to create mountboard. Wallpaper is no exception. Add to this the contacts we already have in the wallpaper industry, from our adhesive coating contracts, and we are in a perfect position to make the most of the idea.

Lyn Preston, who along with Lynda Braddock has been responsible for the development of the wallpaper range, is very excited about its potential. “We
have chosen a number of fairly subtle patterns to start with, as we believe that this will make framers and end-users more likely to begin to experiment. As you can see from our photographs, the
mounts can either match or contrast with the wallpaper - and both treatments are equally attractive.” The new range is still in the development stage, with production samples not yet available, but it is intended that there will be ten patterns.
A swatch will be ready in time for the Spring Fair in February. For more details, please contact Lyn Preston on
01625 578921.

Colourcard extended to match poster range
Sales of Colourcard to schools and nurseries have grown dramatically over recent months, partly because it is being used in conjunction with our poster paper range, traditionally the most popular product within the education market.
To make it easier for customers to use these products together, we have changed many of the colours in our Colourcard range to match those of our poster papers.
The new Colourcard will include a nwider variety of greens, blues and yellows - twenty in total. New additions include orange, magenta, purple, turquoise and emerald green.
The new colours have already been well received by stockists and will enable teachers and nursery nurses to use mix and match effects when creating wall or window displays.
The production team at Slater Harrison has been busy developing new Colourcard swatches for use by stockists and suppliers. If you would like to seen the new range of colours, please contact David Walker on 01625 578962.
